易撕盖智能型制盖机
铝箔易撕盖又称安全盖，应用广泛，现主要涉及食品包装领域。铁环有快口内卷设计不伤手，封口片膜容易打开比普通易拉盖轻50%。，盖子撕开后无粉尘或碎末掉入罐体内，将是未来食品、药品等行业的高档包装形式。
我厂研发制造的易撕盖智能制盖机采用伺服电机驱动，配合气动系统，可编程逻辑控制及温控、光电系统。全自动完成铁（铝）盖的下圈、冲孔、拉伸、卷边、预热、拉环预冲、冲切贴膜、封口、折角冷却、网纹压印、铆钉、除尘、计数出盖。生产速度快，自动化程度高，是国内外大中型制盖企业首选设备。
性能简介
1. 操作系统采用触摸屏操作，能进行在线参数的设置及各种信息显示。
2. 传动系统采用同步带送圈，伺服连轴同步定位驱动，封口压力均衡，整机结构精密、性能稳定，封口膜采用最节省材料的裁剪方式。
3. 预热采用高频节能方式，封口温度均由独立的温控模块自动控制。

Intelligent easy tear lids make machine
